Challenging Times

Coming alongside people directly at their point of need.

Spreading positivity

Our daily lives have been impacted by the pandemic, the endless stream of negative news and now the cost-of-living crisis. This has resulted in many of us experiencing problems with our mental well-being.

Fulfilling our vision of ‘embracing hope, creating community‘, our weekly drop in sessions the Good Neighbour Hub and Well-being Café provide safe, inclusive surroundings for people to connect.

Offering a range of hot meals and drinks, friendships are formed and well-being is enhanced in the company of others.

Our efforts are not confined to our hub and café but stretch out into the local community.

Our homeless friends

The traditional view of homelessness is someone out on the streets living rough. This is a visible sign but there are many people without a place to call home.

Much more homelessness is hidden including ‘sofa surfing’ with a need to be constantly on the move, living on the floor at a friend’s or with a family member or sleeping in a car or van.

Our commitment at Cirencester Signpost is to come alongside at their point of need to provide support practically, mentally and emotionally.
