As founders of Cirencester Signpost, we never thought that a goodwill gesture of a fish and chip supper to our friend Kenny, who was sleeping outdoors one cold January night, would lead to the setting up of a charity helping hundreds of homeless people, serving thousands of meals and witnessing countless lives transformed.
