Pathfinder Hub
Providing a safe, inclusive space to come together and connect.
The Pathfinder Hub is held every Thursday at the Long Table located in the Old Department Store in the Market Place between 2pm and 4pm.
Our hub is a safe space to come together to:
- receive support
- feel valued
- establish friendships; and
- discover a sense of purpose and hope.
The hub is for anyone who is at risk of becoming homeless.
Anyone who does not have a place to call home including if you are:
- rough sleeping
- sofa surfing
- living in a car, van or caravan
- in emergency accommodation such as Travelodge
- a tenant of the Croft or Spring House.
If having been homeless you have gained a tenancy but need some extra support, you are welcome to join us.
