It was Saturday evening on a bank holiday weekend when the crisis call came in at 7pm from someone unexpectedly homeless. Scared at the thought of being on the streets tonight, within the hour temporary accommodation was secured through our efforts.

Over the weekend, a support plan was put in place.  By the close of play on Tuesday, we were able to secure them a long-term tenancy meaning they also kept their job.  Responsive, accessible and inclusive.  Not just words to us but lived out by our actions.
